Installing Photoshop Elements 14 on Mac 10.11.6

i bought photoshop elements 14 mac , trying install on new macbook pro os 10.11.6 (el capitan).  .dmg file seems have downloaded without problem, , i've opened install file , clicked on install.  "initializing install," asks me sign in, , when message saying, "the adobe application manager quit unexpectedly."  there options ignore or reopen, either selection has no effect.  pretty frustrating.  how can install software?

the possible reason adobe application manager quits unexpectedly as  in new operating systems  in mac. need to  install cc desktop app

 

please uninstall adobe application manager , install cc desktop app here https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
