Button to add additional pages in existing form

i have existing form has page needs duplicated on needed basis.  instance 1 person have enough info fill 1 page, person may have enough info requires 6 more pages added.  create button @ bottom of page user can push inserts additional pages can filled out , saved in document. best way in newest version of acrobat?

you'll need make page needs repeated template , use javascript add additional pages when needed. technique work desktop versions of reader 11 , later. won't work mobile versions. won't work reader versions prior 11 (unless reader-enabled livecycle reader-extensions $$$$). if can't find more information on templates , spawning them javascript, post again.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
