Save settings / preferences for Save for Web?

since 2015.3.0 (which had me lose settings; lot ) seems export settings or preferences save web screen no longer saved.

i'll export png-24, when want export again, defaults gif, such pain in asterisk -.-

 

i not find settings, neither in save web window, nor in preferences window.

 

is there wrong installation?

how functionality of ai remembering last used settings back? (it used saved on per-document basis)

lots of people observing this, suggests broken or removed in last update. might in aid of adobe deprecating save web function entirely in favour of new functions (re: photoshop, it's in menu heading 'legacy'), that's speculation.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
