Re-installing CS 5.5 upgraded version from CS 2.2

my computer stolen , have been able downloaded cs 5.5 not have qualifying serial number upgrade version of cs5.5 previous version cs 2.0.

i have not been able find human chat unlock license.

chat adobe available 24/7 has been unavailable 30 days of trial period , locked out of using program legally paid for.

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if fails connect try using different browser.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
