My Account Seems to make Adobe Story Crash

hi,

 

where work, started use adobe story our pre-production, have serious issues holding me work.  when sign in in story (the same things happening on safari, firefox, chrome or desktop app, , on various computer, mac), interface shaddy , can't click on anything.  have resize window make clear , usable again.  after that, have 3 clicks before turns shaddy again.  when can click, of icons won't work (for example, notification button disappear when pass mouse on it), , doesn't either (when click "new" button, window appear, can't choose anything). 

 

i pretty sure problem related account, since problem come on computer tried, , collegue's account work on computer (in safari browser, can't manage disconnect other option).

 

is reccurent problem?  there solution? 

i feel you. have same exact problem...

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
