I don't know why I can no longer print to pdf

about 2 weeks ago started having problems print adobe pdf.  have looked through multiple forums assistance, removed , reinstalled adobe pdf printer , finally, uninstalled , reinstalled adobe acrobat xi pro.  nothing has helped , still can't print.  running windows 7 professional.  when try print word, file appears print , goes print queue.  however, never spool or print.  have start printing checked on printer properties.  if try printing pdf adobe, goes print queue , spools halfway before stopping.  system not asking me save either.  have no idea happened driving me crazy , can't figure out how make print again.  please help.  thanks.

please let know exact dot version of acrobat xi pro using on system.

are experiencing issue specific file?

have tried uninstalling acrobat application using acrobat cleaner tool download adobe reader , acrobat cleaner tool - adobe labs ? if not, try once , restart system after that.

then re-install application link: download pro or standard versions of acrobat dc, xi, or x

let know how goes.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
