Can not re-install Illustrator

hello everyone, have problem, appreciated

 

i tried trial of illustrator cc , noticed not need had cs6 prior trying trial, uninstalled cs6.

 

now trying re-install cs6 again disc, installs, when try open it, freezes on white screen. using windows 7. please please please can me need illustrator on pc , paid money cs6.... thank you.

have tried cleaner tool? might help. think there 1 cs6 too. remove , start fresh

 

use creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
