Best cross platform mobile app

so showed app have been developing on desktop many people , think need bring masses on mobile devices.  app has heavily process data take forever process on mobile device , display in tabular form.  inefficient.  plan of heavy processing on mainframe every night @ 3am.  then, mobile user need download processed data when app opens instead of processing on device, , sort , filter data using application see fit.  make more responsive.

 

i first admit not programmer.  not have skills or time write app in different languages each device , maintain them.  need platform can write once , work on ios , android on both phones , tablets.  prerequisites have can skin buttons customized look, plays nicely arrays, , @ displaying webcontent such pages or google maps.

 

my first thought adobe air, because familiar language learning curve doing mobile app low.  app have life of @ least 5-10 years, , sooo uneasy adobe's commitment air in long term.  may try sell bigger company clients , investors use , don't know if have lot of confidence in adobe air either.  absolutely love platform though.

 

i have done little searching , options phonegap seem getting lot of attention, have read lot of negatives writing code handles complex processes.  of mobile developers, best/easiest/reliable cross platform program develop app for?  thoughts!

i've made apps using phonegap , not recommend it. sure performs poorly. same goes html5 apps. native runs well, doesn't give cross platform option. considering how frequent adobe updating adobe air i'd they're committed. might simple test stagewebview see if works you.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
