Correct export settings to watch on TV

hi, i.m editing footage canon 5d mark 3 720p 50fps , i'm exporting h264 720p 25fps put on usb , watch on tv. correct setting? if different camera(which @ times) make difference(with same size , frame rates of course)?

the question is, should export 25fps or 50 fps? matter? make difference if footage interlaced when export it(of course change setting upper field or lower field if it's filmed @ 50fps matter if it's getting output 25fps)?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
