"There was an error opening this document..."

good day,

 

on large scale of .pdfs try retrieve through our virtual repository when document opened through adobe reader v. 15.017.20053.63404, receive error:

 

"there error opening document. file damaged , not repaired."

 

why .pdf viewer application that's not suppressing error? i've used google chrome, foxit pdf , other programs , every other application opens file fine.

 

what need do, resolved on adobe reader side?

try disable protected mode @ startup, launch adobe reader, navigate edit menu> click preferences>click security(enhanced)and uncheck box next enable protected mode @ startup>click ok.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode?
