Trouble downloading creative cloud

i wanted download adobe premiere trial yesterday, after did realised had spent 30 days trial couple of years ago (couldn't remember had account). then, tried make account trial, system bugged had delete creative cloud entirely. long story short, have bought premiere pro when try download it, there's error message creative cloud saying "you need adobe creative cloud solve problem. program missing or damaged. download , install again"..
but when try this, loading bar starts 3 seconds , disappears , same message re-appears.. do??

uninstall cc including cc desktop app.

clean computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart computer (don't skip this)

reinstall cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use desktop app install cc programs/trials

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
