Deactivation of several earlier versions of Photoshop Elements

i searched discussions , found supposed contact customer support , select chat option.  guess what?  unavailable , has been days.  link not selectable.  need deactivate versions 11, 12 , 13, still active in adobe account, so, hopefully, can sell them or give them away.  hard drive crashed, , reformatted windows 10 , erased everything, since plan sell system.  if link allow me start chat adobe support.  help!!!!

just open applications (editor) 1 one starting 11 , go to:

 

help >> sign out

 

make sure internet available when adobe servers can updated.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
