Cannot sync font on Windows

i have psd created on osx uses font futura medium.

 

curiously, font seems missing on new windows 10 machine. when try open psd on windows, creative cloud 'missing fonts' pop-up appears. have installed typekit font futura pt, , installed futura medium font onto system. on drop-down syncing missing font, gives me 3 options:

 

– don't resolve

– myriad pro regular

– horsewallop regular (this font have installed on system)

 

nowhere give option sync either version of futura have installed. what's going on?

pragmatic solution: install manually! know not satisfying.

 

i did test , expected futura being keyword search for. ps not seam work that.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
