Adobe unable to obtain dynamic link server

ok i've tried on or @ least thought have. in adobe after effects when use camera tracker getting "unable obtain dynamic link serve". wont allow me track footage @ all. read through previous forum , went , used cleaner tool , worked while , problem showed again. tried tool again , didn't work. uninstalled installed again , still didn't work. updated computer , worked , problem solved. after week or problem showed again. did did before , didnt work, dont have system updates didn't work , i've uninstalled , installed again multiple times. still no solution, there other way can fix , keep fixed out getting fixed couple weeks later have pop again? thanks.

nobody can tell anything. running off vague descriptions , not shred of useful info actual system info, version of ae , have you. simple answer is, security setting on system kicks in, native firewall or rampant virus scanner. cannot know based on non-information. have more specific.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
