Adobe Digital Editions "Loading Library"

upgraded windows 10 & unable download books ade 3.0 or 4.5.1.

suggestion microsoft forum run ade in compatibility mode. did using windows 8

now when download ade shows "loading library" never appears anything.

have close computer stop ade & delete program.

anyone know ade trying or how download working copy of ade.

i have rolled windows 8.1 on reinstalling ade continues show "loading library" & not work.

no response microsoft forum.

closed digital edition.

rename digitial edition digital edition.old under documents.
then try open digital edition again.

now must download ebooks again.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
