markup appears in text box

i have issue when using "add text box" tool (square small t inside it):

 

after pasting text word box, format text , box want it. when move text box, contents lose formatting , xml markup appears follows:

selecting undo has no effect. have tried removing formatting in acrobat , google docs no change in result.

 

has else had issue? , can reset text how was?

try checking update acrobat, launch acrobat>navigate menu>then select check updates.

 

could please let me know version of acrobat installed on machine?

to check version of acrobat, launch acrobat>navigate menu>select adobe acrobat

 

is happening when copy text word? have tried copying text other application notepad/web browser ex.

have tried adding text box pdf file , see if works without issue?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
