Flash Player works in some selections but not in others on BBC "Mi Vida Loca"

flash player 23.0.0.162, windows 10 pro version 1607 64 bit, bought cube i5-6400  2.70ghz.

 

this may flash player problem, windows 10 problem or bbc problem or combination.  don't think pc

 

on bbc spanish language site "mi vida loca" flash player copes ok interactive video, on selecting "learning shortcuts" , "more vocabulary" instance (link below), screen flashes instant , blacked out , not play - though blocked (google chrome version 53.0.2785.116 m (64-bit)).  in internet explorer, not initial screen flash - blacked out box.  in firefox, not box.  have older packard bell pc have converted windows 10, same thing happens on that.  have been through of recommended actions - deleted browsing data, removed fp cache, disabled fp  hw accelerator, deleted fp folders etc.  bbc has max. 100mb disk space.  flash player enabled drifting clouds on troubleshooter website , anyway works on other selections in mi vida loca.  earlier on in year play these connections older, unfortunately defunct, acer veriton windows xp - no problem.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
