AIR installer error in Windows 10 using Animate 15.1

getting error similar following. targeting air desktop v 21.0.0.215 in windows.

do have adobe story installed on machine? on different drive. ( try searching 'adobe story' in finder )

 

 

 

first of had roll earlier version if animate(15.1)

 

v 15.2 not launch in latest version of windows 10 apparently

 

created air installer, when try , launch .exe error. tried created brand new certificate before created installer.

 

the application cannot launched due certificate problem. certificate not match installed application certificate, not support application upgrades, or invalid.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
