Indesign CS5.5 bug

hi,

 

i using adobe cs5.5 without trouble, excepted indesign.

i cannot use mouse click several tools (direct or indirect selection exemple) can keyboard shortcut instead.

but have problem when want select other functions have no shortcup.


i try reinstall programm several time, still doesn't work.

 

is there tool fix problem?

have installed 7.5.3 update?

 

what os? cs5.5 not supported on el capitan , may have kinds of problems.

 

and see troubleshooting 101: replace, or "trash" preferences

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
