"Adobe Captivate Cached Projects" folder

found directions on how clear adobe captivate cache within application. question is: how can delete (or relocate without risking program behavior or functionality when projects re-opened) memory consuming "adobe captivate cached projects" folder contents pc without ruining impact/look/feel/function of existing created , in -progress cp9 projects? please help!

if clear cache within adobe captivate projects closed, there little or no risk of project files. once open 1 of project files in adobe captivate cache files particular project recreated.

 

if wish select new location cache files reside, make sure location accessible. example, select location located on computer’s hard drive. external hard drives may not choice , never select networked location such corporate server located elsewhere.

 

 the time risk damaging project if delete cache folders, or connection location severed while project file open in adobe captivate. long don’t migrate or delete contents of cache while project open, projects safe.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
