export to different resolution ?

hi,

i'm new adobe premiere pro cc 2015.

i'm editing on imac 10.9.5

i'm editing short sequence, , source footage resolution of 4096x2160

i'd export 1920x1080. every time this, version black bars on top , bottom.

how export @ 1920x1080 without getting these black bars?

do mean narrow bars or real letterboxing?

4096x2160 not 16/9.

post screenshot of export settings , image in left output tab.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
