Windows 10 error Potoshop elements 14 editor

the following error occurs since month :

der prozedureinsprungpunkt "_crtcreatesymboliclinkw" wurde

    in der dll "c:\wind0ws\system32\msvcp11o.dll"  nicht

       gefunden.

 

who can help?

it looks visual c++ redistributable visual studio 2012 update 4 files either corrupted or infected.  assuming corrupted, reinstalling might solve problem.  please download fresh files official link:

make sure select th correct version: 32 bit or 64 bit.  if pse14 32 bit need 32 bit version.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
