Photoshop crashing on Print - EVERY TIME

photoshop has been crashing on me whenever print.  if hit ctrl + p or go print in file menu instantly crashes.  doesn't think first.  doesn't matter how large or small file @ instantly crashes, doesn't matter if document multiple layers or single small flat image.

 

i afraid going lose important edits when trying print forgetting issue , accidentally printing before saving.  way can print open document in illustrator , isn't acceptable me.

 

can 1 tell me going on?

 

i did uninstall program computer , reinstalled see if fix did not.

could please let me know version of photoshop installed on computer?

also operating system working on, windows or mac?

if possible attach crash logs.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
