ocr acrobat xi

my employee, brandon keeps getting message saying ‘acrobat xi adobe not perform ocr because page contains renderable text’ when tries ocr document in acrobat xi. when tries ocr same document on employee’s computer acrobat 9 works fine. brandon looked online , solution find turn document tif file. how fix doesn't have turn document tif file perform ocr?

you getting issue document partially ocred. when trying run ocr giving error avoid loss of existing information. working on handle kind of situations without loosing existing information. we inform once permanent solution available in acrobat.

as of converting file images , run ocr in acrobat solution.

 

you can try fix ocr error not perform recognition in acrobat . may in cases.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
