Lightroom deleted files (permanently) while moving them

today while routinely moving files , organizing noticed 1 of file had moved showed missing file.  had looked @ , worked these photos before moving, know there.  had not deleted lightroom or hard drive.   files being moved within lightroom , gone.

 

i searched everywhere on computer , external drive , not there!  silly me, recent shoot , had not yet made backup.

 

so, called adobe customer service. useless. had no constructive options troubleshooting.  basically, basic computer skills have done attempting do, , done better.  had searched computer, trash, hard drive etc. files not exist.  needed options retrieving files. 

all support guy say, , supervisor @ point, "lightroom not delete photos."  have read forums?!?!?!!!  how bold never happen, or has never happened!  how trying solve issue.  upon own research found way extract previews, 20% of them salvageable. support guy have asked me if had 1:1 previews , suggested extract these viable file.  didn't know option.  exact words "tell me files , show how recover them."  if knew wouldn't looking them!!  customer support useless. worst customer service experience have ever dealt with.

 

as adobe...this crime.  charging lot of money products , not offer support these products. if had people answering phones understood product , spoke english, customers have half chance of reconciling issues.

 

i have searched computer , hard drive missing files. have attempted extract salvageable previews success.  recovering files hard drive in hopes may show there. other suggestions appreciated.

 

frustrated customer.

which version of lightroom? operating system?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
