Hyperlinks in TOC not exporting to EPUB

hi,

 

i'm trying create epub, hyperlinks table of contents isn't exporting correctly indesign epub. when export pdf, fine. can click heading in toc , redirect me place in text link refers to. however, when exported epub (reflowable or fixed), nothing happens when click link. when @ html code text, code link there, number text anchor missing , destination doesn't have one. while can manually link them again, wondering if there's reason toc isn't linking.

found out wrong. reason, whenever reset toc, "make anchor in source paragraph" got unchecked. so, every time hit update toc (which every time before exporting in case change) unchecked box. going settings each , every time reset toc, can make sure didn't unchecked.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
