Different manifest version for Win and Mac???

hi, i'm facing strange behaviour of extension. have extension photoshop cc family starting 14.0. have manifest.xml this:

<extensionmanifest extensionbundleid="com.bla.bla" extensionbundlename="bla" extensionbundleversion="1.0" version="4.0">

  <extensionlist>...</extensionlist>

  <executionenvironment>

    <hostlist>

      <host name="phxs" version="14.0"/>

      <host name="phsp" version="14.0"/>

    </hostlist>

    <requiredruntimelist>

      <requiredruntime name="csxs" version="4.0"/>

    </requiredruntimelist>

  </executionenvironment>
  ...


one of subextensions in extensionlist invisible subextension of type custom. subextension not loading in photoshop cc , that's fine, because photoshop cc doesn't support "custom" extension type. photoshop cc 2014 , above starts on apponline event. that's true mac windows need change extensionmanifest version 4.0 5.0. why so? if whole extension doesn't work photoshop cc.

 

can make manifest cc versions of photoshop subextension of "custom" type should run starting photoshop cc 2014 in windows? in mac works expected. thank in advance!

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
