convert pdf to word

i bought adobe product convert pdf word. when go open pdf file on right hand side gives me option convert. click on button , takes me screen should buy software. i've bought software have account , i'm waiting work. it's been 20 minutes , go out document click on convert still takes me page buy software. doing wrong? appreciated. thank you.

for processing pdfs there 2 products. 1 free adobe reader , other purchased or subscription acrobat standard/professional. free reader offers subscriptions web services perform task included in acrobat. acrobat has no other purchase or subscription requirements use of services.

 

when install acrobat, should set default viewer of pdfs.

 

make sure have downloaded , installed acrobat software. must make sure opening pdfs processed in acrobat , not free reader.

 

you can sure using acrobat if open acrobat application , open file want process.

 

the title banner or "help => about" confirm using acrobat , not free reader.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
