Since several days on my MacBook my Adobe doesn't work

since several days on macbook adobe doesn't work – couldn't create of pdf files. don't know happened? using latest version of adobe.

i've got message below:

 

«check developer make sure adobe acrobat reader dc works version of os x. may need reinstall application. sure install available updates application , os x.

 

click report see more detailed information , send report apple»

acrobat dc works osx 10.9 , above.

 

do instructed: uninstall (from creative cloud panel if can)

 

run cleaner tool: use creative cloud cleaner tool solve installation problems

 

reinstall , update.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
