Program or Windows issue?

i have 2 problems.  1) on pc, i've had photoshop elements premiere 12 few years now. it's been acting can't use it.  i'll double click on shortcut , organizer or photoshop. open organizer, loads up, program , once catalog opens shuts down.  or looks like.  seen post screen resolution monkeyed mine , poof! photoshop again....but, when opened tried open photo edit, tell me need download 30-day free trial of same program bought edit pic.  what? tried looking @ other options see entering serial number have program, it's not there.

 

2) tried update photoshop elements 12 , premier elements 12 on ms surface3 got these errors:

adobe premiere elements 12.1 update

 

there error installing update. please quit , try again later. error code: u44m1i210

 

 

 

 

i'm trying again photoshop updated time.

 

 

i'm pretty due internet connection @ home updates going hard 1 do.  assistance.

if getting error while updating, please following location , rename folder saying 1.0 1.0_old , try installing updates:

 

c:\users\username\appdata\local\adobe\aamupdater

 

at time of launching program, if gives prompt 'trial', click on 'license software' on same window , enter serial number program

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
