Plugin Shockwave Flash Isn't Responding

every time go onto internet computer flashes “a plugin (shockwave flash) isn’t responding. proceed “stop plugin” option. lucky , site load , slow. however, of time page unresponsive , prompted “kill” website. isn’t useful when have school work requires watching videos, logging university homework websites, looking @ teacher websites, etc. ironically can’t @ adobe’s support website without crashing. (example shown in picture)

 

i own dell xps 13, running windows 10. 20160928_214934-1.jpg

 

so far have ensured latest version of flash on computer. have switched browsers firefox chrome (just in case), therefore have latest version of chrome. deleted flash player browsing data , cleared flash player catch. don’t know next. driving me crazy! computer useless!

can try uninstalling flash player firefox, please follow steps @ uninstall flash player windows 

after uninstall try installing again adobe flash player install versions

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
