Installation Problems

i had erase hard drive of computer , re-install applications.  located download of acrobat 8, running before hard drive erase.  opens fine , screen can input serial number, , click continue can choose add pdf printer or something, installation never finishes there.  left word "acrobat" in upper left hand corner.  cannot click on drop down menu , nothing else ever appears.  have force quit.  when open again, opens fine , goes through whole process again.  found link of patches 8.0.0 on up, not install after 8.1.1 saying have modified something. 

 

i want acrobat pro work did before.  please help! 

 

the alternative purchasing new subscription software @ $180 year.  working fine before hard drive crashed.

mac or windows?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
