HHC3004: Warning: with invalid HTML tags and then CHM file will not open

i using rh html in version rh11.

i getting following, multiple warning messages when compiling chm file , file not open.

hhc3004: warning:

topicname.htm :

the html tag "?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?" not valid html tag (it not begin alphanumeric character).

here strange things...

i generating using 3 conditional build tags.  successful using of tags individually, or 2 of tags.  not three.

i able generate 3 build tags, first 2 of 3 above , 1 other one.

each time generate using same settings (the 3 tags), warning applied different topics.  topics had warning before, don't in next iteration.

the chm generates, file double size of successful attempts.  64mb vs 32mb.

working , generating on single machine.

this worked fine 6/24/2016 exact same settings, last time did build of chm.

i have seen error didn't prevent me compiling. years , years ago, go-to source things chm related rob @ helpware.net. asked him error in may 2016. paraphrase, wrote had seen error before shouldn't impact ability compile - email me concluded "it may annoying @ least know can ignore , won't affect chm output."

 

so, me, rule out actual chm compiler. leaves html code.

 

i realize tendencies troubleshooting lean towards going overboard, have success when isolate issue. create new page , generate output page copy of code. 1 @ time see if can pinpoint precisely code tripping compiler.

 

because chm compiler hasn't been updated in years, have learn play rules. may not able handle - unintentional - in html code. believe because wrote "some topics had warning before, don't in next iteration."  compiler isn't "magic" - there is a reason seeing errors , fact appears random makes more frustrating!

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
