Clone stamp not working and After Effects error: internal verification failure, sorry! {stuff not in the right sortdir}

please me.  can't anything.  clone stamp tool not working correctly , close after effects restarting application , error messages appears several several times. restart ae, , nothing change.

 

my configuration

 

ae 2015.8.1.38

pc hp z420

16gb ram

xeon cpu e5-1650 3.2ghz

win 7 64 bit

nvidia quadro k5000

are describing multiple issues or one?

can please describe in more detail how clone stamp isn't working?

do "stuff not in right sortdir" message every time close it?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
