Can't Get Cloud Tool Defaults To Be Saved - Acrobat 9

hi all. 

i having problem cloud tool.  has never happened me in past, started today.

 

the default line type cloud tool ugly bubbly line.  change straight line , save properties default.  has worked today save other changes properties, line thickness , color, line type not saved.  each new cloud draw ugly bubbly line.

 

i not have problem other tools, can change , set default aspects of them, line type, thickness, color etc.

 

is there fix this?  have tried restarting computer , acrobat, , have tried on multiple documents.

please try "repair installation" under menu if on windows.

could please share screenshot of cloud have bubbly line.

what os version installed on system?

would inform acrobat 9 old , unsupported version.end of support | reader 9 , acrobat 9 (and earlier)

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
