Why do I need to run PS and Bridge as Administrator?

[cc 2015 / windows 10]

if don't change compatibility properties of photoshop.exe , bridge.exe make them run administrator, when launch them, windows asks me whether i'm sure want (ok, i'm sure want) , nothing. process loaded nothing appears on screen. have kill process task manager.

 

running these apps administrator not want do.

i think more due microsoft paranoia else , determination not let trusted software routinely change anything, photoshop write lot of different locations on system, temp files, preference database, scratch disks , registry targets malware -hence need high permission levels. using administrator account not taboo once was, think should call else 'fully trusted'. windows in fact have super administrator account powers not assigned administrator used photoshop, in effect real administrator system. can see if try , make registry changes ordinary administrator account , when attempting delete foreign langue fonts. in short though if want run photoshop , have work must use admin permissions.
