Problem opening library book on ereader.

hi!

i've borrowed book library , can open without problems on desktop ade. when copied e-reader (kobo glo) , try open there, error message shows saying not authorized open file, though both e-reader , laptop authorized same adobe account. have been able read borrowed books before, without problems. have tried usual solutions: updates programs newest versions, un- , re-authorized both laptop , e-reader, no avail.

update:

after being away weekend decided try again. did exact same things tried before: deleting , re-downloading library book. time worked. have not run updates or since last try. explain magic me.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
