Intermittent Issue with psd files and Layers

i use creative cloud version of photoshop @ work.

i use corel's paint shop pro x on laptop take me while traveling.

the cc version of photoshop such hog on resources not run on laptop.

 

sometimes can open layered psd files created in photoshop in psp , files visible quick edit or two.

however there times when open psd file in psp , layers merged.

the files not created me, share "template" files pretty often.

 

i can't seem figure out what settings/parameters consistent layers showing compared not showing up.

i in no way expert user of photoshop, reason why having trouble figuring out.

 

if psd files happened with, wouldn't exasperating.

 

any suggestions/help can provide appreciated.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
