Form Fields Stripped of Rick Formatting - Fonts not embedding

i started running issue in adobe ... (i have not updated adobe recently)

 

i creating custom form fields stylized fonts (that created) in acrobat. applying styling effects of text (e.g. making of text bold or italic). embed font , good. issue when try , copy form field on pdf document. go ahead , embed fonts again, however, when save file , send customer, font substitutes. odd thing when open file , go "properties" still says font "embedded".... however, when click in text box , edit text, stylized font substitutes myriad.

 

i'm hoping setting issue! please

what of version of acrobat using?

 

what operating system using?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
