Breakpoints Issue

hello.

i´m trying understand did wrong web page , can´t figure out.

i create page 4 breakpoints (1200, 900, 480, 320px) , draw rectangle header navigation bar. work except when gets 900px breakpoint on browser; rectangle comes down near center of page.

the footer works fine , did same way.

not solution per se, can check out tutorial sure doing things right?

 

create responsive sites using adobe muse

create responsive sites choosing fluid width.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
