When returning to slides, Captivate skips content - Why?

we have course structured like:

  • demo
  • practice
  • menu (return demo, return practice, or go quiz)
  • quiz

---- when user selects item return demo, captivate not drop them through slides, instead completes demo , skips past else , goes quiz. can't seem figure out why.

i printed out advanced interactions can see configured. advanced-interactions

any idea why return doesn't allow user go through practice again , menu again before going on quiz?  there automatic variable being set when user returns through demo portion? if variable?

where practice start? cannot detect advanced interaction panel: see there items included in total slide 18 on.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
