Starting Queue does nothing.

i switched on adobe sony vegas. first video editing in it, , going fine. edited , split batch render out. when start it, nothing, see http://puu.sh/rfrlj/afc9576f2a.png sit there not doing anything. if try , close program, or stop queue happens. http://puu.sh/rfrmo/4fce588344.png  then have force close it. looked possible fixes, turning off "enable accelerated intel h.264 decoding" nothing (it turns on when reopen program.) deleting preferences folder suggested in 1 thread nothing. i'm stuck @ continue, , contact services have weird times. here computer specs, 980ti http://puu.sh/rfrc5/d0f40c7f88.png

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
