Obvious, ugly, black pepper like "Noise" when developing image?

my question hard explain other looking @ photo above here , wondering, "is normal? because of photo or because of lightroom?"

 

sometimes when i'm editing darker photo in develop module, lr seems process noise photos differently resulting in (sometimes) ugly black pepper noise or black color splotches kind of ruins photo. if camera or photo or way i'm editing photo, great - i'll accept bad photo , please let me know i'm doing wrong here. if lr processing photo in such way it's putting emphasis on noise in photos, i'd know how not again. appreciated! thanks!

what sharpening? did sharpen image lot?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
