Why can't I login to Adobe when trying to install and activate PS Elements?

hello

started download of ps elements adobe directly. installed , ran 2 months. stopped , no longer run or install. why?

i had copy bought fro source , adobe said had buy them , no 1 else, which did time! it failed work them , took doing , convincing issued refund recently. i wanted , needed program work! no that did good.

 

gave up. picked new dvd of ps elements. started installation , when gets "must sign adobe" crashes with, believe 20 page list of "why crashed" guess because cannot make heads or tails of it. nada. cannot elements install!

 

adobe told me if wanted programs run needed buy direct adobe. never had before...new policy guess. apparently didn't make difference when did. and, had purchased ps3 years ago online source not adobe , ran fine clock years. workhorse , never had problem it! great program! went 99% film photography , darkroom. still able use new macbook pro digital photos , scan in film negatives , repair individual frames on computer.

 

very disappointing adobe.....

 

so need ps elements 14 run?

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
