What effect templates are - and what they are not ....

i've spent several hours learning effect preset, , wasted quite bit of time till realised more simplistic thought (hoped ?)

these conclusions, share them  that

a) maybe save time others

b) can confirmation got right

 

so here go...

 

1) if effect template applied clip, effect property values copied , pasted effect , that's - there no further relationship original template

i.e.

     a) changes make effects clip local clip - not affect other clips same template nor effect original template

 

     b) can't change original template - can change effect on existing clip , save new template(with name)

 

     c) if save template same name - appear twice in preset bin - (very confusing)

     d) if apply template clip, , drag different template - don't replace original template, result mix of there , template (see manual explanation)

     e) name of template appears both in effect control panel , in clip effect icon. through me , made me think previous points work - sadly template name meaningless apart showing started from, isn't overridden when drag template effect on it.

 

2) following features don't exist

   a) remove template (you remove effects)

   b) change existing template

   c) change existing template , have changes reflected on existing clip template (now cool.....)

 

correct ?

all point 1 correct.

 

points b , c 2 correct.

 

point 2 incorrect.  can remove individual effects, don't have remove them all.

 

on side note, these called presets, not templates.  given nomenclature, behavior make sense.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
