Premiere Pro 2015.3 playback issues

i updated 2015.2 2015.3 yesterday. , apparently aren't supposed update in middle of project (thanks warning, adobe).

now, playback is, pretty doesn't happen. starts out jumpy, freezes , audio skips , cuts out completely.

as far can tell, issue not this:

because don't have option on os x.

 

i've tried cleaning cache, , creating new project , importing sequence old one. 1 thing have not tried starting on scratch, because i've poured 2 days editing project.

 

i unfortunately unable reinstall 2015.2.

i followed steps listed , clicked on "find additional apps" , comes up:

and clicked "view previous versions" , comes up:

premiere pro doesn't come up. why that?

 

i have scoured adobe forums , seems avoiding mac users issue - because there no solution yet.

 

so if has information can help, thank you.

editing h264 mov

no other software running

issue occurs mercury playback engine gpu acceleration , software only

nothing third-party

the same project worked flawlessly in 2015.2

you have "try" next apps, signed in adobe account? have thought "try" preview account? or mac have different wording pc?

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
