Not able to 'select and copy' from DC Reader pdf, anymore?

cannot 'select',  nor highlight or copy, pdf.s, until (a few weeks), able do.  though right click, , choose 'select', cursor shows 'arrow' cursor instead of 'capital i' "select" cursor.  these documents download time , until recently, right click-select , copy.  now, reason, can no longer so.  still can on office computer same documents.  so, it's not file format, it's setting.  but, not see setting option situation.   2 possible causes, can perceive (i'm not qualified have perception), 2 changes have occurred:  (1).  recent change windows 10 (has resulted in adverse reactions previous windows 7 program); ,

(2).  recent change avast internet security norton.  have gone far uninstall , reinstall adobe acrobat reader dc.  and, still in same situation of not being able engage "select" key, , still left 'arrow' cursor though right-click indicates have, in-fact, selected 'select' function.

 

as, this, not faq, , not situation addressed adobe, hope has insight situation, , hopefully, solution.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
