Lightroom 4 to 6 upgrade fail

hi,

 

ive tried several times upgrade lightroom 4.4 (no further updates available) 6 on win 7 pc , failing

 

pressed link , says

 

"your file not found"

lightroom installed on d.

 

so ?

 

clearly i'm not technical.

 

i'm attempting upgrade precursor migrating new computer.  i've installed 6 on new computer (as clean install) , worked fine.

 

any assistance appreciated.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
