Install and Uninstall Failures - best solution?

in addition other (older 5.5) adobe products, have installed air while on windows 7 ultimate sp1 64 bitos

 

recently had update , reason, after that, problems occurred pandora desktop app. uninstalled app , checked version of air. version have version 1.

 

here's did

 

1)so updated , it  didnt give error.

2)the version still looks 1.

 

3)so tried uninstall using control panel.

i message:

"the applicatoin requires version of adobe air can not found. please download latest version http://www.adobe.com/go/getair, or contact application author updated version."

so try install - goto step 1

loop no solution

 

so tried using -uninstall option.  no luck.

 

i've read , have done (i believe) has been suggested.

are there steps go registry , rid of loop?

 

i need latest, greatest , feel starting without air best. not uninstall.

Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop

Illustrator CS6 Ocurrío un error E/S en el archivo.

este error me me sale cada ves que guardo un archivo que ya estado trabajando varias veces, sale cuando ya esta finalizando el proceso de guardar, ya probe cambiar nombre del archivo, ubicación de guardado, convertí curvas las fuentes y sigue saliendo el mismo error, no se que mas hacer, si alguien le ha sucedido y sabe como solucionarlo por favor ayuda. versión exacta (acerca de illustrator) de illustrator? versión sistema operativo?   guardas en el disco duro principal del ordenador o en otro disco, memoria pendrive,...? ese disco que clase de disco, modelo, antiguedad, espacio libre,...?
