How do I make a custom date format to be "MMM DD YYYY" in uppercase?

i tried doing custom format, allows lower case.  "sep 21 2016" read "sep 21 2016".  @ same time, looking validate acceptable data in field.  still quite new adobe pro, know put javascript formatting, validation, , keystroke.  have done lot of searches can't seem find solution takes date , makes uppercase while still validating actual date.  in perfect world, hoping before user types in, have format of date box visible until start typing, in gray font.  "mmm dd yyyy".  possible?  appreciated.

you have use "format" tab "none" option , select "custom" option , custom javascript format date object , convert string upper case.

Why is os_ViewContainer running?

when open illustrator (cc) opens window os_viewcontainer cannot view or close. shows in taskbar second window illustrator when mousing on ai icon. have tried select no luck. have tried clear using red x, no luck. close when close illustrator. wondering why there , if should concerned. oh, running windows 10. hi ccsachs,   as per query when launch illustrator opens " os_viewcontainer "   i request please share screenshots along below-mentioned details:   exact version of illustrator  graphic card using , when updated last time how performs in safe mode? Animate - problem with duplicating scripts after loop
